Sleep Packages
At The Sleep Spot, I try to keep your options clear and simple. My intention is to help you achieve your sleep goals through a supportive and clear plan of action, with real life expectations addressed. My goal is to educate you during the process, to explain how to work through your current challenges, and how to address future situations down the road. Sleep packages are intended for infants ages 16 weeks through children ages 5 years old. If you have an infant 0-3 months old, a consultation call is an amazing option to start learning foundations for sleep in gentle and age appropriate ways.

Comprehensive intake consultation
Personalized education to understand age-appropriate sleep patterns and science
Individualized sleep plan
60-minute meeting to review your sleep plan and ensure you feel comfortable and confident with next steps
Review of daily sleep logs with detailed feedback provided
Ongoing communication (email and phone) as needed during your package’s active window of support
Mini Package

Having a hard time transitioning your toddler out of the crib? Struggling with a child who is dropping a nap? Already achieved sleeping through the night but experiencing super early wakeups? Returning clients or parents who feel confident to execute sleep plans consistently on their own will receive condensed sleep support to help their child through inevitable sleep challenges and regressions.
3 days of support (sleep log, email, and schedule phone calls)
1-Week Package
$349
Personalized plans and support to ensure reliable naps, peaceful bedtimes, and restful nights. With a week of support we will have adequate time to address everything from short naps, overnight wakeups, to early morning risings. Within a week most families see a significant improvement in sleep challenges, and will have a personalized plan to continue using after our time together.
1 week of support (sleep log, email, and scheduled phone calls)
2-Week Package
$525
Sleep support at its finest. This is the best option for families who want support during the entire sleep training process for an entire two weeks while they work on everything from bedtimes, overnight wakeups, naps, and early mornings. Using a personalized sleep plan, parents will be supported through the process of teaching their children to fall asleep, and stay asleep, independently through the night and for naps.
2 weeks of support (sleep log, email, and scheduled phone calls)
Don’t need a full package of support, but need to chat sleep with someone? Book a one-on-one phone call with Leigh to ask any and all sleep questions! Ask your personalized sleep questions to get answers specific to your child. This is a great option for parents who have just a few very specific questions they would like to address.
One 60-minute phone call
