Chances are you’re here because you’ve done one, or all, of the following:

  1. Bought every sleep book recommended by friends, family, and strangers from the grocery store, but have been too tired and busy to read them.

  2. Skimmed every mom and sleep blog on the internet to find the perfect schedule for your infant, or searched for how to get your toddler to sleep in their own bed, only to feel frustrated when nothing fits your child and family’s real life day-to-day activities.

  3. Wondered if you will ever get a full night of sleep again.

While sleep deprivation and bedtime struggles are hard, find solace in knowing you are not alone and that there are solutions to help! Don’t wait any longer, schedule a call with me and start the process to reclaiming your family’s rest.

What sleep training method do you use?

The Sleep Spot is unique because unlike other sleep programs you can buy online or in a book, I do not follow any one method or process. Rather, I build a personalized sleep plan based on a strong understanding of science-supported, age-appropriate sleep theories. During this process, I will take into account the whole picture: your family’s sleep goals, your child’s personality, and your daily routine. I received training through an international sleep training program to further my understanding of child development and sleep, and am able to offer parents multiple choices in how to approach sleep training for their children. Your baby is unique, and deserves a sleep plan tailored specifically for them.

Whether you live near Minneapolis where I am located, or across the country, I have worked with families from California to New York. Families can receive sleep training support from anywhere in the country to get the same great education and outcomes. I have even worked with families in Canada and Europe!

What can I expect to achieve from sleep training?

Each family will have different goals, but most families look forward to:

  • Improving bedtime routines and behavior

  • Reducing or eliminating overnight wakings

  • Achieving predictable, independent naps

  • Solving early morning wakeups
